Notorious B.I.G. • Frank Sinatra

Jon Moskowitz • 2006

Blue Eyes Meets Bed-Stuy. A 2006 mash-up of classics by Notorious B.I.G. and Sinatra. Produced and arranged by DJ Cappell and Smitty, the tape has always been solid for its metamodern sensibilities and its interesting theme. This is an outstanding album and an aggressive stalwart of east coast hustle. While I don’t know a lot about its production specifically, I do know that the album is consistently good and it also stands the test of time. Worth a listen. Speaks for itself.
